Hey, I’m Carson.

I grew up in Bellevue and I’m now a college student at the University of Washington. I started Bellevue Premiere Wash LLC to build a business in the community I call home.

For now, it’s a one-person operation: just me! From your first message and quote to the cleaning itself, you’ll work directly with me. I take pride in every job and in helping my neighbors keep their homes looking cared for.

How do I get a quote?

Do I need to be home?

Not always. If the work area and an outdoor water connection are accessible, we can confirm the details before your appointment.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. I bring the pressure washer, hoses, surface-cleaning equipment, and the cleaning solutions needed for the job.

What cleaning solutions do you use?

I select a surface-appropriate solution for each job. For concrete, that may include sodium hypochlorite (SH) at an appropriate dilution. Wood receives a gentler process.

How much does cleaning cost?

Pressure washing starts at $200, roof soft washing at $600, moss powder treatment at $500, gutter cleaning at $225, and trash bin cleaning at $60. What happens if the weather is bad?

Light rain may not stop a cleaning. If conditions are unsafe or would affect the result, I’ll contact you directly to arrange another time.
